Training to Be SafeEffective training can make the difference in ensuring that workers remain safe on the job. We’ve used our expertise in creating top-notch educational products and applied it to industry through a couple of projects.
We serve as a key partner for the International Union of Operating Engineers, developing a multitude of its training materials, covering such areas as hazardous waste operations, disaster site work, and pandemic influenza response. We also work with the mining industry on the Mining and Industrial Safety Technology and Training Innovation project. This effort seeks to make mining safer.
