A trademark dispute between Harvard and notHarvard.com, an online educational website, erupted into a flurry of litigation after notHarvard asked a court in Texas to declare its domain name doesn't infringe on the University's trademark.
University officials said that despite the fact that notHarvard no longer exists, Harvard will press on with its lawsuit against the company instead of waiting for Powered to turn over the domain name voluntarily.
Online educational e-commerce website NotHarvard.com is saying it's, well, not Harvard, but University attorneys are nevertheless considering legal action against the company.
