I provide confidential coaching and mentoring services for people who are facing the challenge of stepping into Head of Department roles within major companies for the first time. People in this situation can be overwhelmed in the initial stages, with nobody to turn to within the organisation, and with the increased pressure of having the buck stop at their door. I provide a lifeline for CIM members offering advice, guidance, reassurance, and sounding board services as required.
